All-on-4

For a Confident Smile

Full Mouth Implants - A Life-Changing Solution

Are you experiencing total tooth loss? Perhaps you have a full row of missing or failing teeth? Do you wish your dentures didn’t have a palate or you could wear them all the time? Losing all your teeth can have a huge impact on your life, from changing the way you eat, to affecting your speech, changing how you interact with other people, and even altering your appearance. The good news is that it’s possible to replace all your teeth with full mouth implants, and to regain your self-confidence and feeling of wellbeing.

Providing the Confidence to Smile Again

At one80 Dental, we can help you regain your smile. We have more than 20 years’ experience of finding and providing solutions for patients with missing or no teeth. When you have lost all your teeth in either the upper or lower jaw the options to replace them are generally limited to traditional removable denture or implant-supported solutions - either dentures or bridgework, which can be fixed or removable. For patients looking to rid themselves of ill-fitting or uncomfortable traditional dentures, we offer the All-on-4 technique. This approach provides a ‘fixed’ solution, using only 4 implants in each jaw and replacing your teeth with bridgework.

All-on-4

We consider All-on-4 to be one of the best approaches to replacing all your teeth. We’ve helped many patients get a full functioning bite and confidence back in their smile using All-on-4. All-on-4 can be a suitable solution for many, including people who have worn dentures for a long time, those with only a few loose or broken teeth left, or people wishing to avoid the ‘false teeth’ look altogether.

Benefits of All-on-4

  • Stability when eating and talking

  • Boosts your self-confidence

  • Restores natural function and bite, meaning you can eat all your favourite foods with confidence

  • The ability to fully taste and enjoy food, unlike many dentures that include a denture palate at the top of the mouth

  • Minimal discomfort or pain

  • Removes the need for denture maintenance and the use of adhesives

  • Prevents jawbone deterioration, which often happens after tooth loss

  • Avoids the use of bone grafting (in most cases), reducing the need for complex surgery

  • The use of just four implants in each jaw can reduce overall costs

Am I Suitable for All-on-4?

If you are missing more than six teeth on either your upper or lower jaws, or already wear dentures, then the All-on-4 procedure may be recommended by your dentist. It’s also a suitable option for patients, who are about to lose most of their teeth through gum disease or advanced decay. The procedure, unlike conventional implants, provides patients – even those with low bone density to receive the treatment.
