Mark is a Senior Clinical Teacher and Honorary Consultant in Restorative Dentistry at the University of Sheffield’s School of Clinical Dentistry and is a registered Specialist in Restorative Dentistry, Endodontics, Prosthodontics and Periodontics.
After undertaking a range of junior hospital positions he completed MFDS and then gained teaching experience as a Clinical Teacher and clinical experience in the field of endodontics as a Staff Grade. He then undertook a specialist training position in restorative dentistry, and also has expertise in the field of dental implantology.
Mark has a MPhil in the field of pulp histopathology which links well to his clinical practice of pulpal pain and diagnosis. His other interests include the use of evidence-based dentistry in clinical practice.
